These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by BIKEBAZE B.V. ('BIKEBAZE'), registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 93204485, with the address Burgemeester Oudlaan 50, 3062PA, Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Visits to this address are by appointment only.

BIKEBAZE services

1.     BIKEBAZE verleent de gebruiker met het gebruik van de Website een niet-exclusief, niet-overdraagbaar en beperkt recht om de website te gebruiken onder de voorwaarden zoals beschreven in deze AlgemeneVoorwaarden.

2.     Het is de gebruiker van deze website niet toegestaan en de inhoud daarvan te gebruiken voor commerciële doeleinden, tenzij anders schriftelijk overeengekomen.

Use of the service

Users can register their bikes in BIKEBAZE's BikeVault database and use SafeTags for preventive security. Each registered member is entitled to one new SafeTag per year. BIKEBAZE is not responsible for recovering stolen bikes, but only facilitates information sharing.

Privacy and Data Processing

BIKEBAZE collects and uses personal data such as name, email address and other information submitted through our forms. This data is used to deliver our services, gain insights into the problem of bicycle theft, communicate with end users, and develop effective strategies for prevention and awareness. Information submitted by users about the status of their bicycle, such as in bicycle registration and theft reporting, is used to gain insights into bicycle theft patterns. This data may be shared with businesses and government agencies to help them better understand and respond to the problem of bicycle theft.

Communication policy

BIKEBAZE reserves the right to contact users with questions about our products or for customer surveys. By submitting a form, users consent to such communications.

Transfer of ownership

1.     BIKEBAZE behoudt zich het recht voor om de website een deze algemene voorwaarden op elk moment te wijzigen. Het is de verantwoordelijkheid van de gebruiker om regelmatig de algemene voorwaarden te controleren op wijzigingen.

Terms of delivery

1.     Op deze Algemene Voorwaarden is hetNederlands recht van toepassing. Alle geschillen die voortvloeien uit of in verband staan met deze Algemene Voorwaarden zullen uitsluitend worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Rotterdam.
