The step towards a safer cycling experience.
To make your SafeTags fully operational, you need to activate them first. This ensures that the SafeTags are linked to your bike in our database, the BikeVault. Activate your SafeTags only if your bike is already registered in the BikeVault. Not registered your bike yet? Do this first!
How does activation work?
1. Please fill out the following form
Give us the essential details about you, your bike and your SafeTags.
2. Confirmation activation
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation that your SafeTag has been successfully activated. This can take up to 48 hours during busy times.
3. Confirm Safe Tags
Attach your SafeTags to a visible spot on your bike. Follow the instructions provided for optimal attachment.
4. Peace of Mind
Ride with the confidence that your bike is part of our community, the BIKEBAZE® Society. In case of theft, simply fill out our theft form, and together with our community, we will help you find your bike.

Do I need to register my bike before activating the SafeTag?
Yes, you need to get your bike first registering in the BikeVault. The SafeTag activation links the tag to your bike in our database.
Where do I find the SafeTag ID and Activation Code?
The SafeTag ID is on your SafeTag (6 characters). The activation code can be found in the packaging of your SafeTag.
How do I know if my bike is registered in the BikeVault?
You will receive a confirmation email after successful registration in the BikeVault. Keep this email as it contains important information about your registration.
What if I have trouble activating my SafeTag?
Make sure you've entered all information correctly. If the problem persists, please contact our team.
